With five developers competing in each heat, the winners face each other in the final round, with the audience selecting the final winner.
The contestants must emulate a design unique to their round. They won't see these before the heat begins - no previews in this game, pal - and it can only be opened during the competition as a flat image. NO Photoshop!

Come down and support (or berate) our brave contestants as they take on this challenge. We're welcoming a large audience of developers and non-developers alike to join in - you'll be able to review the code and the design as it evolves in each heat, you'll even know the outcome... but the contestants won't. At the end of each heat, our panel of judges will decide the victor.
We've added an option this year to donate when getting your ticket, this money goes towards us putting on the best version of Code in the Dark as possible!
If you're ready to watch the battle unfold, get your tickets today!
Join us on the 1st May 2020 at Belgrave Music Hall & Canteen from 7:00pm
